Mymensingh Zilla School Debating Society

Congratulations to the team of Mymensingh Zilla School  led by Khandaker Farhan Ishrak on their victory in the Mymensingh Divisional Debate Competition 2024! With Arijit Monon as the glowing first speaker and Rohan  contributing greatly with the tactics as the second speaker, their teamwork clearly paid off. Special recognition to Sagnik Sarkar for stepping in as a substitute in 3 District level debates and helping the team secure eight consecutive wins before triumphing over Netrokona Anjuman Adarsha Government High School in the finals. An impressive achievement! This marked their 5th divisional title with an unbeaten divisional debate record. 5 out 5 finals and tournaments won.

 On January 29, 2024, Mymensingh Zilla School triumphed in the prestigious Pushti Prothom Alo Debate Festival, showcasing exceptional talent with their team comprising Monon Rohan, Ishrak, and Tazrian. Their victory was particularly notable as they competed against five different schools, including formidable opponents like Noakhali and Jashore Zilla Schools. The team's impressive performance highlighted their debating skills and critical thinking, earning them recognition in this esteemed competition and solidifying Mymensingh Zilla School's reputation in the debate community.That marked their 2nd national final and first national title.
